About Connected Communities
Our Mission
Connected Communities Inc is dedicated to bringing the community together by investing in families across the globe. We strive to create and support meaningful relationships for children, adolescents, and families based on their own family goals and core values.
This is achieved by guiding them through everyday life situations that include traumatic experiences, relational difficulties and/or lack of a support system.
We will ultimately create strong leaders who are compassionate towards others, and in return, will give back to their community. By bringing the community together, we improve the chances of children, adolescents and families being successful in life.
